This project by our commercial electrical team consists of the renovations of 150 units and hallways in a 10 story apartment building. It will include the rehab of elevators, kitchen replacements, new floors, paint, windows, and doors throughout the building. MEP Upgrades include new switchgear, generator, and mini air conditioning split systems.
